Big Man Movers

We had an amazing experience with Big Man movers out of Kissimmee/Orlando area! We hired them to move TWO households at same time from FL to NC. Not only was every single team member kind, cheerful, and incredibly helpful, but they bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly for us. They were punctual—even arrived early on move-in day—and worked seamlessly together as a team on both ends. It was clear they were experienced and knew how to making sure everything was handled carefully. Not a single item was broken or damaged, and they made sure everything was connected and working before leaving. Highly recommend them - you can’t ask for better movers!

I WON’T recommend this company. I’ll give them two stars because one of the owners I spoke to on the phone was completely unprofessional. However, the crew who helped me move were amazing. I booked them to help me pack and move my belongings. On the morning of the move, the crew was told they could only help me move, not pack. I immediately called the owner to resolve the issue. Instead of finding a solution, he started blaming me for the misunderstanding. There was clear evidence in the quote video that I had specifically requested packing services. The whole entire time I had always in mind I was very clear I wanted people to help me package. I was very weak that day, sick and exhausted. I couldn’t handle the owner yelling at me and blaming me for something that was clearly not my faul

Never had a better mover. They’re fast, kind, easy to work with, and inexpensive! They were able to move me from a 3 story town house to a 2 floor home in less than 7 hours. No damage, no questions, only results.

Big Man Movers did a great job working with us to transport our bar stools to the Home and Garden Show. They carefully wrapped each piece, handled everything with care during transport and setup, and returned the bar stools to our office after the show. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service. These guys were the best! Seriously, I know people say this kind of thing in reviews but I honestly have to say just how professional, personable and knowledgeable these guys were. We had 2 different moves on Saturday and Sunday and they were spot on. On time. Efficient. And fun to be around. Matt, Leonard, Clarence and Daishawn are great; I may move again soon just to hang out!
