0/5 if i could. This guy is a scum bag scammer. He ripped my gram twice. She gave him a $250 toilet for $40-$50. He told her that he did not have the right change. Sense then he never came back. The other issue about Owen is that he made her pay $2,000+ for electrical work for only about $1,000 - $1,500 job. He is a scam and a Con. No respect for his customers.
Beware they are a ripoff replaced my 100 Amp service and used all used parts had to have it all done over. Told I didn't need to have inspection that was wrong too. Never again!!!
He is honest! The negative post is for a disgruntled employee who did not know what he was doing so he was told so.
