My kitchen sink was “back-filling” — filling itself up with water. I was afraid it was going to flood my kitchen when I was out for more than a few hours. When I called the office yesterday, Ellen answered the phone, got all the details & scheduled a technician to come out this afternoon. I received a text confirming my appointment before we hung up. Also received several texts prior to my appointment. When Marcus arrived, he was actually a bit early - amazing! He got right on the issue, figured it out & got me fixed in less than an hour! And he was so pleasant & kept everything really clean. Can’t say enough about the great service I received! THANK YOU BIG STATE!

Having our bathroom remodeled and needed to get a portable toilet for few days. Wesley came by and set it up for us in a jiff and made sure everything was perfect for us! Highly recommend this company and Wesley!!

One of their plumbers came out to perform a test which involved filling all the pipes under the house. In doing this, my toilet overflowed and my bathroom was completely flooded- to the point where there was water in the walls and the drywall had to be removed to dry inside. The plumber didn’t say a word, just emailed my husband that the test passed. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone for days it stunk so bad. They are repairing it but it’s been over a month and the repairs still aren’t done… there have been nails sticking out of my bathroom floor all month I have a 2 year old and 5 year old. Mistakes happen but the way Big State has handled this is unacceptable. Also never got an answer as to why there was flooding at all!

Had porta potty set up this morning. Wesley came in on time and was quick and efficient setting it up. Very pleased with their service!
