I’d like to say, don’t pay for the work these guys do until they have completed it to your satisfaction. I’ve had two jobs with them, on the first I had to wait over 3-4 months to finish. He kept promising. Finally he did it and I tried him again on a smaller project. This time he did a crappy job, and promised he would come fix it. It’s been a year, and it’s still not done. We agreed on a partial refund, and he promised multiple times to pay, and still hasn’t. I gave up, and am taking him to small claims court.

He was paid to finish a job but would not come back and fix the damages his crew did to the slab he poured. They left foot prints and unlevel areas. I get told they are too busy, and now he will not reply to me. Beware of doing business with this company.

I hired Ruben Gaona to do a simple driveway on my property about two months ago. Being an experienced real estate developer this kind of work usually only takes a week or two. The only reason i hired him was he seemed like a reputable contractor and he was local. I have everything on writing, he told me one thing and after two days later he calls me and says he needs an additional $5000 for the work which i agreed now the contract says he will do it for less. Long story short two months later i still havent received my deposit of $2000, this guy is a big time CROOK, he never answers a single phone call. I hate to go to court for $2000 but now im about to file a case in small claims. Be very aware this guy does not know what hes doing. The guy would never answer my phone calls. I have all
