Tom was a referral from our realtor to re-finish our basement after flood mitigation before we sold the house. Although this was a 'side gig', Tom was over all the time chipping away at the work. He was always in communication like what day and times he would be over, and if something came up, we knew right away. We were never left guessing, or wondering where he was. Tom always entertained my questions and even showed me how to do things if I was ever in this situation again. Part of the way through, we had a leak in our irrigation system (not related to Tom's work) from it not being installed properly. A friend landscaper came over and helped me clear it up.
