Bill Myers (and Robb specifically) were referred to me by a friend and I couldn't be more pleased over the reccomendation. Robb came out and assesed my home's AC quickly and honestly. At the time, he told me that the system might be ok and he didn't want to try and sell me on anything I didn't need. When summer hit and the AC failed, he not only offered a very fair price on a full installation, he bumped up the power and gave me some tips on how to get even more out of the unit. These guys go out of their way to be honest brokers and tell you what will work for you and what wont instead of just trying to sell a pricy install or service. They've earned my trust and my business
