Nothing but great things to say! Had a huge issue with our plumbing throughout the whole house & these guys were on it. Not to mention we really appreciate the fact that these guys are 3rd generation & their quality of work shows.

I was practically having panic attacks over a break in the water line to the sprinklers - water coming in the basement through the drywall!!! Well, Bill Nance Plumbing to the rescue!!! Made an appointment for me a few days out. No trip charge (another company wanted $68 just to come out - with none of that applied to repair). They called within the window specified and were on time for the appointment. Very professional and got the issue fixed in a very short amount of time. I was STUNNED at how reasonable the repair was. Very, very pleased with the whole experience.

The crew that came to my condo, to help with a stopped up toilet, was great. Friendly, professional and helpful. They managed to help with a few other plumbing related items in the other bathrooms as well (thanks!). The price I was quoted is what I paid. I am extremely pleased with the tankless hot water heater that Josh Nance installed for me. He did not try to oversell me on size, and his price came in below the other estimates received. The customer service I received was outstanding. I will be using Nance Plumbing any time a plumbing need arises in the future.
