Bill Wendorf's Pool Services

I have to say, as a condo owner I'm glad my association finally got rid of them. I was actually on the board when we hired wendorf, they had an amazing guy who did our pool and then he left and Lee took over the care for our pool. It started out okay, but problems began to arise, and of course because we have construction going on in the front and we desperately needed to get our pool resurfaced it did become an issue. We were constantly fighting black algae which we were told get the pool resurfaced and problem solved !! Not true !!! We had our pool resurfaced September 2024. And we've had black algae ever since, we've had cracked tile as well. We were told when it got cold everything would be taken care of so the pool could be closed, didn't happen !!! Its been a pleasure to have used Bill Wendorf's Service. I been with them for 6 years and I'm saddened that I am moving as I will never get the kind of service, value, Professionalism and responsiveness . I would highly recommend them for all your pool service. I must add any issue that arise with my pool motor although they don't work in motors, he sure made some phone calls and problem solved. Absolute Professionalism when you call the office and when you deal with Bill himself. Very proud to have been a part of customer list. Have a Bless Day

I put a review out there a year ago and they just responded 20 hours ago. You provided horrible service. To cite me for writing other bad reviews is quite comical. Trying to deflect. LOL. So you’re trying to say I shouldn’t be rating folks bad when they stink?!?!? Nice try. I put great reviews out there for companies that do great job. And when companies don’t, like yours, I want everyone to know.

Consistently excellent service on my large unscreened pool! I went through 4 or 5 companies before Wendorf. I’ve been happy with them for the last 5 years!!

Bill Wendorf's Pool Service did a great job for us at our large commercial apartment community pool in Orlando.
