I can't say how awesome this company is!! I had Mike he was great very down to earth very knowledgeable fixed the problem and went above and beyond my expectations! He was a HVAC guy and not a salesmen which is rare in this business!! Very reasonable for such short notice in the hot heated week we have had! Called this afternoon at noon had a guy out here at a little after 3:00.. diagnosed and part was replaced and fixed within a half an hour. I realize I have an older ac unit so when I do need a new one I will definitely be using these guys.to do the install!!

Always great service and most of all, HONEST!! It's hard to find these days with heating companies walking thru your door with their quotas to sell. Not these guys, they are always looking out for the customer. If they can find a way to save you money, they will and they don't walk in planning to replace everything you've got before they look at it. Business done like it should be, honestly with a great attitude too!

I use their bi-annual service for AC/furnace. Every encounter with their service staff has been professional. Number one - is kindness and curtesy. Alex was great and he took time to do meticulous work. He explained things as needed.

My service call happened within a couple of days of my initial phone call. Gabe called me the morning of my appointment to confirm details and let me know when he would be there. At the completion if the visit, he called me with a report of his findings and was very courteous and helpful. I use Bills’ for plumbing and HVAC - they are great!!

I had no central air at my home. I called Bill‘s heating and cooling.. They sent a gentleman out his name is Tony. He was the most kind and polite gentleman. He knew within five minutes after he arrived what was going on with our system he had it fixed and on the road in no time. I would recommend Bill‘s heating and cooling and I will in the future. Use them for my Heating and cooling needs. And I will also recommend and request Tony if I Have issues in the future. Thank you, Tony. We appreciate you.
