Angie was easy to get in touch with even at 9pm. Had a tech(Rob) on the other line helping to problem solve with what we could do. Had a tech(Tom) out at 8am next day. Unfortunately had to replace half of the unit, that she took that extra mile to check out that it was covered under warranty, and able to get the part expedited. Highly recommend!

Our instant hot water heater went back during a very cold spell and Angie and Marc came to the rescue. Not only was their price lower than the others, they realized our dilemma and ensured our pipes/house was not at risk of freezing or breaking. The work they did was amazing, on the replacement, I can't recommend them any higher. Thank you to the whole Bilmark crew.

Angie was so nice to deal with first thing in the morning. She had a technician at my house at the time stated… actually he was a little bit early! He was super friendly, quick and cleaned up when he was done. I’d probably use them again, however, I would take a time stamp/picture of the technicians arrival time as to not be over charged. The job was definitely completed in an hour (I was impressed) but I was charged for an hour and a half… he said travel time?!? Customer should not have to pay for travel. Thank You! Michele

My blower on my hot water heater stopped working so I went with Bilmark after a few others did not return my phone call in time. They were helpful on the phone and the guy who came out seemed nice. He tried to tell me my water heater was from 1999 and it will probably need to be replaced. Come to find out it was not even close to 1999, it was from 2012. I'm assuming he was just trying to get me to buy a new one? Then they quoted me $2500 to replace it even though the heater costs $1250 at Home Depot. So $1250 to install it? No thanks.

The best contractor professionals I’ve ever worked with. These people “saved our lives” one Weekend when we had guests and the water heater chose that moment to die. Due to the architecture of the space it was a difficult installation but a perfect result . I have had them here on multiple occasions without any issues at all whatsoever. They are always prompt, courteous, extremely professional, and the work executed is flawless.
