Our HVAC system decided to quit on us not once, but twice during the hottest stretch of summer and both times, Rob came through like a pro (and quickly!). He was responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and he didn’t just fix the issue, he explained everything and made sure we understood how to avoid future problems. Both service calls were fast, efficient, and left our home cool and comfortable again. It’s rare these days to find someone who is not only skilled at what they do, but also reliable and thoughtful. We had compressor fan failure recently which left us with no AC on very hot days. Rob was very responsive to our call and was quick (same day) to come out and diagnose the problem. By next day, he was able to secure a replacement fan motor and install. Really impressed. Fast, high quality service. Will definitely call Rob if HVAC fails again.

We have a 210 Home Warranty. We were having trouble with our heater making a high pitched noise. 210 sent out Rob from Inlet HVAC. He showed up VERY quickly (same day) and assessed the issue. We needed a new part, so he ordered it and came back the next day to complete the fix. No problems since! I definitely would recommend Inlet for fast, great service! Thank you Rob!

Rob was great! Our air conditioner broke late in the day in early August, a 90+ degree day. It was not normal business hours when I called and didn’t expect a call back until the next morning. Rob called back within an hour and made it a point to come that night! He came by late at night to make sure we had cold AC before bed! He was very professional and provided excellent service! Prices were great as well, especially for late night emergency service! I would recommend Inlet HVAC to anyone who asks!
