I needed my central AC unit replaced. I called Tuesday for an estimate, they came out Wednesday to give me a quote then came back the next day and did the install. Very professional guys. They did a great job at a very fair price.

This company is the absolute BEST. We lost heat on a Thursday and by Sunday of the same week we were on the search for a third heating and cooling company to service our furnace. The first two companies came out to my home one did repairs the other did not do any repairs and both charged fees. However neither returned my phone calls when i called back to say the heat still was not working. I found Offshore heating and cooling while doing a google search on Sunday. They came to the house the same day and began working on our unit. The owner Jim and his son are the most professional and kind hearted people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. BIG SHOUTOUT to Offshore Heating & Cooling. Our air conditioning decided it no longer wanted to function around the end of April/ beginning of May and we had called another company that came and diagnosed but ultimately was not able to give us a firm date of when it could be fixed and unfortunately kept us hanging for a few weeks. We looked up Offshore, called them Monday, they assessed Tuesday, ordered a new unit and installed today!!!! Beyond professional and impeccable work! We could not recommend more highly! Father/son team who works late into the evening to make sure we had air! Definitely consider if you have ANY cooling or heating issues.
