I hired Myke Patrick not only he specialize in crawlspace but he's also a local and a former Pinelands student. I like to keep it real. Myke did a awesome job on redoing my crawlspace and bringing it up to date. He was very professional from start to end. He was extremely easy to work compared to other contractors that I hired in the past. Throughout the time when he was working, he showed a lot of passion and that he cared about his work. Crawlspace innovations was great. We had a lot of insulation that was falling in our crawlspace. Myke responded same day I posted a request for an estimate, stopped by the same day and provided a very reasonable estimate. Myke and his crew removed the old insulation and cleaned out debris within the next few days and returned on schedule a few days later to install new insulation. Timely, courteous, and professional. Explained the process in detail. Also offered helpful suggestions for lowering heat loss, as well as a heads up about some plumbing that needed attention (which we are addressing). Looking forward to warmer floors in the winter. Highly recommend this company.

In the course of the last three months I have fixed five leaking pipes in my crawl space. A couple of those times I ended up with inches of water down there under the house causing the insulation to start falling and now being saturated with water. I knew I needed to do something about it so I contacted Myke and told him what I needed and how I wanted to do things in phases. I need to add some circuits in the house along with a complete repipe of the plumbing. Myke at crawl space innovations was very quick to respond to my message and came over the next day to assess my situation. After he climbed in and looked around we had a thorough conversation on the best way to proceed.
