We recently had our house soft washed by John Comfort, Owner/Operator of BioShine Soft Wash LLC,, and we couldn't be happier with the results. John was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. The siding, porches, and even the screened in porch came out looking fresh and clean—like a whole new home! What we appreciated most was the care he took with landscaping and delicate areas around the house. John used eco-friendly products that didn’t harm plants or pets, and there was no damage or residue left behind. Communication was also top-notch. Every now and again a company comes along that is heads and shoulders above the rest. My house and property looks better than when it was new! When an owner takes time and pride in his business, the results are for all to see! I am a huge fan and those who know me, know I do not give accolades lightly..! I cannot wait for John Comfort and his Bio Shine Softwash to become the go-to powerwash company in our area!

Highly recommend! Very detailed and thorough job was completed for our 2 story home. We had years of low country grime build up on the house and did not want to risk damaging with pressure washing. Will be reaching out for our next cleaning!
