Ruben came out to do preventative maintenance on our boiler and gas fireplace. He showed up on time and had everything he needed to complete the job. He was efficient and left the work area nice and clean. Great job Ruben….

Had them look at a furnace issue. Unlike the first company I had look at it, they did not try to scare me into installing a brand new furnace! The tech seemed extremely knowledgeable and very honest and up front. Will be using Birch from now.

Birch for the W! The inductor motor went out on our furnace late Sunday night in 20F weather. I tried another service first, and they weren't able to get a part in until the following Tuesday. We followed up with Birch Monday and had it resolved same day. They were super professional, transparent, courteous, and made sure we were up and running again. 100% will go with them again on any HVAC related issues in the future.
