My cutting board, which was a Christmas present, came slightly damaged. The damage occurred during shipping. I emailed customer service and they got back to me same business day with a return label. I received the new board in 2 days. Thank you BirchBarn for your professionalism and pristine customer service. More businesses need to operate like you. Thank you

BirchBarn Designs is the best! Shelley and Matt are creative designers. A few years back I bought a custom made kitchen stool from them . I went back a few months ago and asked them to recreate three more to match the original. The three new stools matched perfectly with my original. I was thrilled to have 4 identical stools. They are sturdy and truly one of a kind! They have wonderful customer service . Check out the other products in their shop. The cutting boards make lovely wedding or housewarming gifts.

I can’t say enough about Birch Barn Designs. I have been purchasing cutting boards for myself, clients and friends since 2014. Each board is a work of art! I love going into their shop to see what is new. I want one of everything. The boards are quality, but so are the people. Matt and Shelley are wonderful to work with. They are responsive, creative and genuinely nice people.
