This is a call center that subcontracts the work. I was charged around $1,000 to replace a spring and pulleys that didn’t need to be replaced. The service tech ignored the broken cable tension monitor I showed him, and then acted surprised when the door wouldn’t open. He wanted to replace the entire motor for thousands, or charge $650 for a $65 part that took me 20 minutes to install. This is a totally fraudulent business.
