I was holding a sign for help a week before Christmas , I'm not homeless , addicted , or mental , not. Felon and I'm 60. Trying to help my family. One if the workers came by stopped , then when I walked up they moved up more and stopped again , when all other traffic left , he didn't , when I reluctantly walked up to his window , he grabbed pizza to put in his mouth and looking up at me on purpose , then drove off laughing , I called to report , but big boss was out , I left message . They never help , but to do that , I really cried

I contacted them for a lighting installation we needed the same day. The electrician arrived right on time, quickly identified the issue, and walked me through everything he was doing. They don’t service Bainbridge Island, which is fine. The receptionist seemed very bothered, asked me a lot of questions, told me my zip code didn’t qualify and then forwarded me to an electric contractor much further away that doesn’t service the island either.
