Bj's discount plumbing is the only place I've ever been able to send digital photos to & have them track down speciality parts. How many companies would spend time tracking down $20 parts & ship to me so I don't have to drive 2.5 hours from the high desert? Jose did a great job finding the part which he had to special order & communicating so that I felt comfortable with the order. Thank you so much!

I’ve been coming to BJ Discount for 7 years. They always have my part, the prices are affordable, and they never oversell. I came in today for a pilot assembly and they told me all I needed was the thermocouple. A+ honesty.

Today in the morning I went to this store to buy a plumbing parts , but I have a poor service the guy who attended me he was so rude “ he told me that I was there to spend his time 😳 . I was not there to spend my time of somebody else time ? ,,, that’s not the way how to trade a customers…. If He don’t want to work just stay at home and that’s it man . Every time when I go there I go to spend money not to spend my time or somebody else time ..

UPDATED REVIEW: I do not recommend coming here if you are a homeowner unless you have full knowledge of what you are purchasing. Here is my story. I remodeled a home and asked my contractor to purchase several thousand dollars of hardware from this place, because they were helpful when I asked about toilets at the store, and I wanted to support the local shop. First trouble was when contractor returned to pick up a second set of special order items. With their antiquated paper invoicing system, they had let someone else pick up the items and then accused us of already picking it up, and took some talk before they agreed to supply the part. Second issue was much later during installation. Remodel was for two rooms-bathtub and shower. 1) the tub spout was missing, which I was not informe
