Black Eagle Fence

I hired the Black Eagle team to design and install a ranch style wood post and iron rail fence with livestock wire for my tiny farm (2 acres). Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, nice and accommodating! They worked around my needs and schedule and even graciously worked with me when I changed my mind a couple of times. Seth came out multiple times to double check the plan and layout. The installation team was on time each day, were very courteous and friendly and were probably the neatest group I’ve ever had do any work on my propert (zero trash, organized everything really neatly, even picked up extra stuff that needed to be removed for the install and hauled it away). Even the installers, who were stuck with a bleak, windy, miserable day to do the work, were cheerful and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our experience top-notch. Excellent Customer Service, owner actually responded to their web inquiry. Timeliness of there response was faster than expected. Appointment was made the next day at my convenience and showed up prior to the appointment time. Extremely Satisfied!

Talked to owner about getting a fence done - sent him picture of what we wanted. Radio silence from there on cost, timeline, etc. even after I followed up with him to make sure he got my email. They might be really busy right now, but when there is a slow down they will regret treating potential customers this way.
