Black Magic Chimney Sweeps

We found Black Magic after having local contractors refuse the work on our chimney as it would be more than they could manage. Matt and Frank rebuilt our chimney and installed a wood stove for us. While we did need an inspection it did determine exactly what work was needed. There was clear communication about cost and timing and we were very happy with the quality of the work.

We have used Nathan as our chimney sweep for several years and we have always been 100% happy with the job he does. He is courteous and attentive to our questions and keeps our home completely clean. I would recommend him without reservation.

We had used this company in the past and they were great. However they now use a different company for scheduling. They failed to send a technician on the day of appointment. Now the disconnect the call when I have tried to see if a technician would come out.

This guy is great, both as a courteous worker and as a technician. He has swept our chimney for many years and we have never had a problem. Arrives when he said he would and cleans thoroughly. In the house he uses dropcloths and does the dirtiest work, the connector pipes, outside. I think the negative review must be a case of mistaken identity!
