Called midday to see when they could do a pump out, and the customer service person was very nice and accommodating. They came the same afternoon to help my daughter out. Thank-You.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They pumped our grease trap 4 weeks ago only there for 10 minutes ans broke a hole in the side and never said anything about it. Never took responsibility. Whatever thats what insurance is for. Then came Friday morning when no one was there as we've has issues with them not pumping long enough and only stayed for 8 minutes including getting hoses in and out. When confronted they just said we will take you off the list. Absolutely terrible buisness practices!

Contacted to get a quote on a septic repair. Said they were too busy and didn’t have time to even give a quote/repair. Dissappointed since my realtor recommended them.

Called at 9:00 at night and they couldn't solve our problem after hours. On call gentleman told us to call first thing in the morning to get on the schedule. Before we could call, the dispatch personnel called at 6:30 am and told us they would be able to accommodate us in their schedule so we could maintain our previously scheduled travel plans. They showed up less than an hour and a half after calling us. Excellent customer service!

I called Stearns Septic a local septic service had taken over two months to finish a above ground pump out for my septic tank. After a two month wait I called Stearns and spoke with Samantha and was able to schedule the work. On the appointed day the arrived at 9:00 and were done before 10:00. They were excellent and answered all my questions. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Great office staff and technicians!!!
