John helped us with our modular build from start to finish; with coordination of other contractors to seeding our lawn to ensure we had a place to play outside when construction was finished. He did our septic design, driveway, drainage and everything in between. Even helped us with issues that he was not even responsible for. Always responsive and on time, cannot recommend John and his employees enough. Truly 5 stars all the way around.

John Downing was a wonderful contractor. In the fall of 2021, we were dealing with a septic system that needed urgent replacement as we would not have been able to make it through the winter with the current system. John came over to check out our site very quickly and did the groundwork for the job-- new septic plan, getting that approved by the state, etc. He kept us informed every step of the way. By the time the approval came through, John was ready with a crew, all the materials and heavy equipment. The actual job moved quickly. We were informed that we would be without a septic system for a short period during the hook-up process, and that was managed seamlessly.
