We can't praise Black Pearl Painters enough! From beginning to end, our experience was fantastic. When Janssen first came to our home, he meticulously walked us through every detail of the painting process. Having been let down by companies using subcontractors in the past, we were especially relieved when Janssen reassured us that his entire crew worked directly for Black Pearl Painters. While we had other, cheaper bids, Janssen's calming demeanor truly set them apart. Honestly, when he said he'd be on-site working with the crew, I thought it was just something we wanted to hear. But that wasn't the case at all! Janssen was right there, painting alongside his team, ensuring everything was done correctly. We did lose a day to rain, but the communication was excellent, keeping us informed

Black Pearl Painters did an excellent job touching up the interior of our brand-new home after our movers caused some damage. It was so frustrating to have issues in a new house, but Justin and his team made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and everything now looks perfect again. They were professional, neat, tidy, and very friendly and personable - just all-around great to work with! We were very impressed with their work and would absolutely hire them again for any future painting needs.

We are very happy in our choice to use Black Pearl Painters to repaint our home. We saw the job they did a while back on our daughter’s home so our expectations were high. Well those expectations were exceeded. Janssen and his team came on time each day, worked with a ridiculous attention to detail, and then completed the project on schedule.
