This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. We hired this company to move a double wide trailer. They caused damage, failed to communicate, and ultimately left the trailer sitting on the side of the road for a long period with no clear plan or timeline. Repeated attempts to contact them went unanswered. However, they were immediately reachable when payment was involved. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service was shocking. The owner, Billy, provided misleading information and failed to take responsibility for the situation. I would not trust this company with a lawn mower, let alone a home.

Horrible service and communication. We have been waiting for this company (Billy- the owner, Loretta- office manager) for over 6 months to move our cabin. The agreement was signed since October 2024 today we are in April 10 2025 and no one communicates with us, I keep calling him and his office number but no one answers its been 2 weeks since we last spoke. And when they answer its only excuse after excuse. We paid him 2/3 of the whole amount we agreed. This man and company will just play games, take your money and wont do the job. Very disappointed at this point all our hard work to be able to pay it and get it ready for our family to live in it and this company wont care and just steal our money.
