We been experiencing issue with our garage door making thumbing sound so loud that our neighbors hear us everytime we leave and come back. Called River city and Mary was super friendly on the phone very quick booked us the appointment for the following day. Wes our tech, came to the appointment and less then 5 mins he identified the issue and fixed it after fixing the issue he also did a 360 tune up for our garage door. Quick efficient and professional!
