I had a wonderful experience at Blain’s Farm & Fleet and wanted to recognize two employees who really made my visit great. First, Ava went above and beyond to help me track down something that felt almost impossible to find, rearview mirror glue. Instead of just pointing me in a direction, she took the time to actually help me locate it and made the whole process easy and funny with her jokes and stories. I really appreciated the effort and patience. I also want to give a shoutout to Nina at the self-checkout. Every time I come through that area, she creates such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Automotive services take FOREVER! Only drop-off, don’t wait, unless you want to walk around the whole store 10 times. Said it would take about an hour…. NOPE, not even close. 2 stars instead of 1 because they are a friendly crew. Suggestion to mechanics: Tell customers a longer wait time than you need.

Stepping into the Rockton Blain's isn't a shopping trip; it's a test of your personal boundaries. You walk in for a quart of oil and a bag of cat food, and before you know it, you're standing in the middle of aisle 12, having a spiritual crisis over which brand of work gloves best expresses your innermost soul. This place is where every impulse buy goes to die and then gets reincarnated as a 50-pound bag of birdseed. I am a truck driver, when I was doing a morning inspection, I discovered that the low beam headlights were not working. After that, I stopped at the truck stop to change the low beam bulb. It wasn’t there either, I went to the Walmart store and asked the employee, he checked in the system and he asked for forgiveness for not being able to help me. Finally, I came to this store and here I found what I was looking for everywhere. Very good service and very nice staff. They helped me as best they could. Thank you for a good day. Have a good one !!
