There is so much I want to put out here and say , but I will keep it semi short .. Our counter tops are not completed and need repair / fixing . We started this back in April. We have been trying to get ahold of them for months to schedule a time for them to come back second time around to repair/fix the issues. We haven’t heard back from anyone for 2 months , then Lisa emailed us and said “ ok we are ready to schedule this repair “ and gave us a date . Obviously, we are not able to make this date because we work and we plan stuff , we don’t just take days off when it’s convenient for them. We already have taken vacation twice to deal with the original installation and repair back in April /May. My husband has been trying to schedule a date that works for us since last week. Was hoping to give a local Roscoe company my business and they apparently are not interested in getting it. My wife and I went into showroom early November of 2019 to set-up appointment to get someone to come out to give us an estimate on a kitchen remodel. Had to call them again beginning of December to let them know we never heard back and to see if we could still get someone to come out. Someone came out later that week. A month later after no follow-up, my wife called them to find out status of quote. Lady she talked to stated that she had 30 files sitting on her desk that she still needed to follow-up on. I would not recommend River Valley Kitchen & Baths. Please take our file off your desk and contact the other 29 potential customers before you lose them too.

Really enjoyed the service from River Valley Kitchen and Baths during my remodel! Really fantastic before and after photos on my kitchen. Quickly got my new sink installed, new countertops and a great backsplash, plus appliances! Throughout the process they kept me informed of when the work would be completed, who would be doing it and how long it would take. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel!

I purchased some laminate countertops and kitchen sink from them. Initially I didn't want delivery but they ended up delivering anyways because of the size. Very flexible, friendly and helpful. Pricing was also very competitive.

Our kitchen is beautiful. They did an excellent job. A plus!!
