We had a somewhat mediocre experience overall. We started the process in early spring, and initially everything went smoothly with the deposit and scheduling. Unfortunately, when installation day arrived, every single window was the incorrect size, which required the job to be rescheduled, which also resulted in lost time off work. The main reason I’m giving three stars is because the installers themselves were wonderful—very kind, professional, and great with my kids, which I truly appreciated. However, after installation, I noticed a serious safety concern: all of the windows were fitted with single screens that my children could easily slide open. From our first meeting with our salesman Jerry, the ease of getting quotes and making changes to the overall scope for the windows, to the construction scheduling and the professional installation crew, it was a flawless process. Highly recommend K& H for windows and would trust them for siding and roofing projects.

K&H just replaced all 11 of our windows in less than 2 days, and they did a great job! Quick, very courteous, and cleaned up everything inside and out. I would recommend K&H to anyone looking for a dependable and top notch company.

Amazing! My sister, parents, and aunt/uncle referred me. I knew even before Jerry stopped by to provide an estimate, I was going to ask your team complete the job (sliding glass patio door) regardless of the cost. I love K & H Exteriors! I had a small job to do and they actually returned my call unlike two other places. Erin who took my information, quickly had me talk to Jeremy who came to my house and started on the quote. The gutter installer named Matt was very professional. He arrived timely, and completed the job in the time estimated. Matt was top-notch! The finished job is even better than I anticipated. I cannot say enough nice things about K&H, Erin, Jeremy, and Matt. I haven't received this great of customer service in a long long time. I highly recommend K&H!!
