After calling around and completing six separate bids, it was obvious that Blake’s was not only the most affordable choice, but also the best company with which to work. Unlike the rest, Blake was not trying to sell us on things we did not need or convince us to get rid of our previous ducting system. Instead, they worked with our existing ducting (the other companies did not), and they recommended a new AC and furnace that fit our exact needs. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and kind. They did all of the work, including removing the old equipment and disposing of it, in a day as they promised. I would strongly recommend Blakes Heating and AC. They inspected my old furnace/ AC and promptly provided a bid. I went with the heat pump. I got 2 other estimates; Blakes was a great price and I trusted their workmanship from other work done. One other bid was extraordinarily expensive so it pays to shop. A week later the Install was done. Blakes sent a team of 3 to install and check the new system and the existing ducts. Then they explained how the heat pump worked to allay my concerns. They even did a follow up a week after to check on some noises. It's been almost 3 months and everything works fine.

I was skeptical about a Lennox System, but after doing my research and talking to people I realize that they get a bad rap from people who are not their official dealers because they require extensive training and are held to a higher standard than everyone else. Trust me I did tons of research and I'm so glad I did and I'm also so glad I went with Blakes because I had an entire crew of people come install, clean, test, etc. it was amazing! The service and system is amazing! Its been 4 months and absolutely no problems! Love them. Also, they were extremely fair in cost! I would definitely recommend.
