Davis Ace Hardware

This ACE hardware looks small from outside but it’s huge inside. We came here to duplicate keys and it’s $4.99 with basic keys and $5.99 with design. Excellent customer service and I can spend hours there.

Davis ace hardware had the pump sprayer I needed in multiple sizes. I grabbed a one gallon pump sprayer to clean debris off of my radiator with water in a remote area after using cleaning agents. I use a diesel generator and I'm not always near a hose. Unit has high quality adjustable nozzle Employees were extremely helpful at this location.

Fir context, I don't live in Davis or even close. But I did need a hardware store. The Davis Ace store is a 'super' store in every way. While it's emense for any typical hardware store I have used, the staff made my visit a friendly and efficient experience. They understood my layman's description of what I needed and pointed me to the solution. It worked on the first try.

I'm not one who will give a single star. You really have to have done the least for me to give it. And that is what Ace Hardware JUST did. I stopped in to try to grab a part for my sink. I first looked to try to find it before I bother anyone. I searched 3 aisles and I just couldn't find a sink basin trim. I walked to the register and asked if I could get some help in the plumbing area. I heard the gentleman call for assistance. 15 minutes went by and not a single soul came my way. There was actually less than a handful of people in the store so they weren't busy (my opinion). Never the less, I didn't get service and I politely walked out. Best hardware, home and garden store in town! Davis Ace Hardware is the place in Davis to find anything related to home improvement, housewares, gardening supplies and so much more. All the staff here is always very friendly and helpful. This location has two buildings with the outdoor garden and plant area in the middle. The larger building is a more traditional hardware and paint store with the other building having more of the outdoor and patio products. Support your local ACE!
