Purchased the Blanco Rivana Arc and matching soap dispenser in July of 2024, installed in October of 2024. The products look nice and feel solid. That’s where it ends. The first soap dispenser pump never worked. Obtained a replacement and that worked for about 3 months. Pumped failed again so it’s worthless. Now the faucet. Water flow is awful and I have 85 pounds PSI which is very strong and have never had issues with other manufacturers products before. Took off the spray head and discovered the problem is before the spray head. I called Blanco’s customer service line. Was on hold for 15 minutes, someone picked up, I could hear voices, and they hung up. Called again and after 13 minutes the same thing happened. Blanco representatives were responsive, efficient and super easy to work with. They honored the warranty without question and shipped our next sink at their expense. We really like our sink and are very happy with the customer service we received. Couldn't be happier.

Blanco has terrific customer service. My kitchen faucet spray head would not stay on the spray setting, so I ask them for advice on how to repair. They quickly responded that they would send me a new spray head. It arrived this week. It was easy to remove the old one, install the new, and the issue is resolved. We've owned a Blanco Purus faucet in our aging kitchen for some time. I believe this is the 2nd time I've contacted them for replacement parts which, as original purchaser and homeowner, they've graciously provided complimentary. Cartridge is changed and no more annoying leak, thank you Blanco!!

I didn't know about Blanco until recently when I needed to replace a sink in our kitchen. The sink had a manufacturer tag, "Blanco." Our plumber said it was a great company and give them a call as the sink might have a warranty. After having a nightmare with another company customer service recently over a year-old oven, I was relucant to call. However, I AM GLAD I DID! I called and got the absolutely sweetest person, Candance! I told her the issue, and despite my not being the original purchaser of the sink, she was able to help me get a replacement sink at a great price. She even explained to me how the issue we had could happen, and tips for taking care of my Blanco sink. Absolutely the best customer service, and has made me a fan for life!
