Dave was absolutely wonderful. He explained the entire process of the inspection and how the items would be categorized and laid out in the report. The report was very detailed in the best way setting the table for us to understand the work ahead of our new home. Also the feature of creating the report back to seller is a big plus and helps reduce any back and forth between both parties. Dave was also just an awesome guy and super transparent.

Dave truly impressed me with his professionalism. He didn't miss a thing during the inspection, and his sharp eye caught significant issues, like the termite damage I wouldn't have spotted otherwise. When I opened up the drywall as he suggested, thankfully the damage wasn't extensive, but it definitely needed attention. Dave from freestone was great. We needed our inspection done quick and he came on a holiday to accommodate us.
