The best! Jonathan's is amazing. Always timely communication and service for our plumbing and HVAC. I have never met anyone who legit cares about their customers more than Jonathan's. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I recently had work done by Jonathan’s HVAC, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the customer service was friendly, responsive, and professional. They kept me updated, arrived exactly when they said they would, and treated my home with care and respect. The technician from Jonathan’s was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue in a way that actually made sense. They thoroughly inspected my system, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had everything running efficiently again without any unnecessary upselling. After the repair, they made sure the area was spotless and even offered tips on maintaining the system so I could avoid future problems. My AC/heating system is now running better than it has in years.

Joe and Colin handled an emergency call to repair our furnace. What an excellent experience. They were prompt, honest, courteous, thorough, and professional. The work was reasonably priced and they left everything neat and clean. Jonathan's has definitely earned a new customer!

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Jonathan from Jonathan’s HVAC. It is freezing outside and here we were on a Sunday morning waking to heater issues. We had the thermostat set to 70 but it was only 58 in here. Brrrr. I thought we needed a whole new unit. He came in a timely fashion and was very professional. We are back up and running! Thank you Jonathan! You really are the best!

Jonathon’s great to work with and very responsive. He picked appropriate products when we converted from oil to gas heat that have worked wonderfully (unlimited hot water!) installed in a timely fashion. The plumbers and electricians are also cordial and competent. I’ll definitely be going back for any plumbing/HVAC needs.
