Blaze did a great job for us when we had water damage that went from the upstairs to the downstairs bath. Although the job was a complicated one, they got the job done in a timely manner, and made sure we had one bathroom to use at all times! Everyone was very pleasant to deal with, from the office manager to the people on site. Project Manager Mark Carlson was especially great, and checked in regularly to see that everything was going well. The finished work looks fantastic! I am truly appreciative of the great work Blaze does.

Words cannot describe how greatful me and my family are for Blaze and their employees. November of last year we had a house fire and basically lost everything. For the first month we had companies from all over Illinois trying to get my buisness and take advantage of the situation. Blaze didnt call once! About a month after the fire I decided to call Blaze for an estimate due to how high the other bids were. Dale showed up and not only walked me through the whole process, But gave me piece of mind that everything was going to be okay. A call to Blaze Restoration had a crew on site within a very short period of time to evaluate and set forth a plan of action to get the drying process started. Their prompt response, professional approach and dedicated employees minimized potential damage and necessary repairs. I definitely recommend them for all your restoration needs.

Your contractors are real funny. told us our house would be done by mid july it’s august house isn’t done because whoever our contractor is doesn’t like to cut dry wall and has to order the correct drywall pieces before he can put it in. they’re taking us on a run for our money is what’s happening.

Had a very terrible experience with Blaze. One of their estimators, Dale, visited on April 29th and we walked through the potential project together. One small piece to the large project was needing to be done within a specific timeframe, May 13th, so 2 weeks to date. He communicated that with ServiceMaster, their contractor, this could easily be met and to give him a couple days to get me the estimate and then we could move forward. I received the estimate afternoon on May 2nd. I called the office May 3rd to try and get a hold of him to move forward with just the deadline piece and work through the rest as time progressed. I was told he would call me back and they gave him my number. No call back May 3rd. Tried May 6th, same thing, no call back. Tried May 7th, same thing, no call back. At
