Therefore, I contacted this company to inquire about their services and requested a technician to come and inspect the problem. Previously, I was informed over the phone that the diagnostic fee would be $89. They missed my first appointment, and there was no notification until I followed up myself. Then today the company sent a technician to my home. I first confirmed with the technician that he was here to diagnose the problem. After confirmation, the technician used a multimeter to test the water heater and then told me that there was nothing wrong with it, and all components were functioning correctly.
