Unprofessional and walked off with $6500 and materials that were purchased. Contract means nothing to him and the construction he did had to be redone. He promised to refund but nothing after a year. The time he was supposed to be here working, he rarely showed - excuses galore. 4 hour days when he did show up. Use at your risk. Pay only when you see results
