BLOOMINGTON POWERWASHING AND SOFTWASHING

I highly recommend Brad with Bloomington Powerwashing and Softwashing....cannot say enough good things about this young man. Brad was prompt to respond to my request for powerwashing of our front walkway and backyard patio. We live in an older part of town with many large trees and have struggled with algae build up on our concrete surfaces. Brad did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning both areas and also pointed out we had the same build up on our roof. Brad was able to do both jobs staying very late and everything looks beautiful! We appreciate his outstanding work ethic and thorough job, just a wonderful guy to have around! Thanks Brad, we'll see you next year!

Good experience. Best price out of 3 vendors. Easy communication through an initial call and then texts. Per his recommendation we did a softwash instead of powerwash of my patio and one tall (2story) side of my house. It was less expensive and effective. Even cleared my patio furniture for me. We live in an historic two-story home with decorative “fish scale” on front and sides. Front had begun to accumulate a green residue and was not looking its best. I called Brad to inquire about an estimate. He was very prompt with the estimate and it was very reasonable. Luckily, he had an opening on the same day. Brad was personable, knowledgeable, hard-working, and detail oriented. The service provided and the outcome were above and beyond our expectations. David is awesome. He came out during the holidays and he noticed there might be a problem with the hose bib and went into the crawlspace to check on it. He definitely goes above and beyond.
