Wayne and his team at Rapid Roofing are great. We appreciate very much their experience, knowledge and professionalism. Based on his experience, Wayne encouraged us to pursue our insurance carrier for a full roof replacement after the June 2024 wind storm in our area. The insurance company finally agreed and Wayne and his installation team then did a great job putting on the new roof and gutter guards while dealing with some special issues. After installation Brandi on the office team kept in constant contact with the insurance claim people until the damage estimate was complete and accurate, including the special issues, and all appropriate claim payments were made. Rapid Roofing provided a careful estimate of time and costs to replace the gutters on my house. It took a little while to get on their production list, but it was worth it. It was right when we were getting very heavy rain several days in a row, and the old gutters were gushing into flower beds and all the corners. It took the crew only one day to get the gutters on and most of their unused materials picked up. My only concern was their crushing some of the flowers in the beds. But I do know they had to put the ladders somewhere, so I'm OK with it. I love the new gutters and they look great on my house.

Rapid left our home in significantly better condition than they found it following a rough storm in early summer. I went with them because Matt was the only person to follow up on a quote for an unrelated job we had received quotes for a few months prior in the spring. Even though we didn’t use Rapid for that project due to cost, we gave them a call following the additional storms. They were able to quickly get our roof replaced and had us water tight before the next wave a storms. While there were some issues with communication around initial scoping and the remaining elements of the project, any concerns were promptly addressed when raised.
