Highly recommend. I needed to replace my old heat pump and add a mini-split to a sun room. Keller gave me the best advice and price among local contractors. Shane Keller was terrific; assessed my home, made recommendations, gave me system options, and answered my questions plainly. I feel his integrity and honesty exemplifies what makes a local, family owned business successful. The installation team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Also, a week after the installation, a power interruption caused an issue with my thermostat control pad I could not reset. A technician arrived at my home in less than 90 minutes to show me how to reset it. Then he did a quick check of the system before leaving. I am confident I made the right decision to go with Keller.

Keller showed up the day we called- and at the beginning of the two hour window. Nick C. identified the problem immediately, found a replacement part was available, picked it up, installed it and had it fixed all in just over an hour. Impressive! Thank you Nick C & Keller!

Overall experience was good and technicians were great. However, owner doesn't stay behind component warranty. Labor warranty is only good for 30 days. Defrost Board & Sensor replaced at $400 is already bad within warranty but Keller refuse to file a claim with manufacturer of these components.

Years before I had my new system put in I had issues with my previous unit or had questions. They always helped me and often gave assistance without charge. When it was time to get a new system I knew who I would go with. I’ve had people tell me that I got a good price on my new furnace and air conditioner. Wouldn’t say it if I didn’t mean it, I really like this company. They’ve been in business in this area for years and they are good people.
