We have worked with Diogenes and the Blue Cap Carpet team multiple times for carpet cleaning and couldn't be happier that we have found them! We have bedrooms with very light carpet that are easily prone to stains and wear. Our carpet looks and feels like new every time, and they have even been able to get out some tough dog stains that we would have otherwise never been able to remove. Blue Cap Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our area rugs. They look like new! We had some unsightly food stains on one of our area rugs and other spots on a different rug. Diogennes (the owner) recommended different approaches for each rug based on their placement and material and the area rugs turned out beautifully. He is friendly, courteous, pays attention to detail, and knows his stuff! We now have our go-to person for carpet cleaning and we will be using him again!
