Blue Coast Window Cleaning

I read about this compant about a month ago as I was looking for somebody to do our windows as a surprise for my wife as she is traveling out of the country right now. I came across the reviews for Blue Coast Window Cleaning and they were phenomenal multiple five star reviews and, excellent feedback in terms of the owner Tom’s follow up with setting the appointment managing the expectations. They just finished doing our two-story house today. They cleaned the screens thoroughly as well as the windows inside and out. I think they even cleaned a couple of the windows on the outside twice because they were so dirty They wore booties on their shoes to protect the carpeting even though our carpeting doesn’t need protecting :-) The crew finished in four hours very respectful of the property ve

I hired this company for a professional window cleaning, and the results were incredibly disappointing. Within just two days of their visit, my windows were showing white lines. When I requested the cleaner to clean all the white spots, he mentioned that cleaning it would take an entire day, which is perplexing given their supposed expertise. Moreover, what was even more frustrating the charged me an additional $120 to the initial quote. I expected a thorough and professional service, but instead, I received poor quality work. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking quality window cleaning.

This is my second time using Blue Coast. The quality of work is amazing! Not only do my windows sparkle but the rest of my house didn’t get damaged in the process. They are very carful with our landscaping, white curtains, carpeting and our white walls. It’s nice to know they care and respect your property. Thank you, Tom!!
