As a Realtor, I use this inspection company for all my clients. They are so professional, always available quickly, the reports are completed fast and easy to read. I recommend them to all my realtor friends and colleagues. Ricky is my favorite inspector. He’s thorough and excellent at explaining everything to my clients at the end of each inspection. Great communication and service. He even answers phone calls days later if we have any questions.

Great company. Responsive, timely, and great technology to make scheduling and paying easily done online and via email. They sent Matt to do the inspection, and he was very thorough and competent. It was an older custom home and he took the time to explain the quirky aspects he came across. I have had 5-6 times to use a home inspection service over the years. They were always superficial, missing tons of things that cost the homeowner money. Things they did check were simplistic like dripping faucets or dead outlets. When my realtor recommended Preferred i thought it would probably be a waste of money but happily i was wrong. 2 techs came out and spent a lot of time methodically going through everything. Pictures were taken of everything and since i was pesent, they walked me through their findings. The formal report was very well laid out with supporting photos, severity, and ramifications if not fixed.
