Another spectacular light install from Ladera Ranch Christmas Lights. They went above and beyond for us this year working with our ridiculous schedule. This is our 2nd year working with them and we are lifetime customers from here on out. The installation is neat and clean and even more impressive is the uninstall. Where other services just yank down the lights breaking bulbs and leaving staples everywhere, the Ladera Ranch Christmas Lights team is meticulous, leaving our home just as they found it. Such a joy to work with a great local business.

I chose Ladera Ranch Christmas Lights because of all the five star reviews, so I do not enjoy leaving this but want to share our experience. They responded quickly, came out on 11/25 for a quote, and scheduled us for a rush install on 11/30 at 5:30 pm. We paid the deposit with the rush fee and received great communication along the way, including a text at 4:10 pm on the day of the appointment saying our 5:30 pm install was coming up. When 5:30 came and went, I texted after 6:00 to ask if they were still able to make it. They replied that they were still finishing another home and doing their best to get over there, but were not sure they would make it. Shortly after, they called to cancel.
