What an amazing transformation at a short period of time. I'm super pleased, and I know my family looks forward to cooling off and relaxing in it when they get back from their trip. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. They definitely pointed us in the right direction to maintain our pool for the summer and look forward to having them winterizing it in the winter. Highly recommend utilizing this family owned business for all your pool needs.

If I could give no stars, I probably would. We scheduled a pool cleaning at the end of March/early April for the pool to be opened and cleaned. We were scheduled for May 1st. Didn’t happen. I understand weather and all. Fast forward to June and multiple phone calls, someone finally comes out and dumps shock in there, said they would return the next day. No show. I call, they said they will be there the next day, a few days go back, more shock. This went on for two weeks. We ended up having to buy a new pump (we broke a piece off it). We had to buy new fittings and everything for the pump. Sand, cleaning chemicals, labor, etc. The guy who came out took our old pump (can’t say why) and got frustrated and threw our ladder and broke it. When asked, he said he didn’t do it. From pool opening to regular maintenance to pool closing the place has been my go-to place the last few years! Highly recommend!

On Apr. 15th I called them to fix the leaks in our filter. I've called 4 times since then and each time was told they would be here within the week. It is now June 7th and still have heard nothing from them. Their service is terrible but I have always been satisfied with Charlotte. She has on many occasions helped us when we had questions.

Charlette is rude and not willing to help. Google says they are open until 5 on Saturdays and that is not the case, nor was she kind about their mistake. We had to load up our own sand and open the pallet ourselves. Customer service is a 0/5 and not worth shopping small at all. If you like cigarette-smoke-filled environments with rude non-existent service and only helping yourself, this is the place for you.
