I can only give one star and I would give zero if I could. I called recently and left a message about getting my irrigation started up (they originally installed) for this year. They charge $75 per man hours and had three people at my house last year. The message I left was if possible I would like to have only 1 or 2 people this year as most of the time two people were standing around. According to Joe who called me back didn't like my tone and did not want my business anymore. Hmmmm. I guess asking that was offensive to him. I would be very careful selecting this company for your home irrigation needs.

Joseph, owner of BRI, is one of the nicest, courteous, genuine person that i know .. who also knows a heck of a lot about irrigation. They travel all throughout Central Virginia and the Valley. We've used them for over 10 years and are always pleased with their knowledge and service.

Joe treats EVERYONE with integrity and fairness. Joe is always professional and goes well beyond expectations. I always know I am getting quality work with a quality company. I will refer Blue Ridge over and over again without hesitation.
