Blue Rock-Cabinets

I purchased three vanities and I love them! Todd was terrific to work with and I will be driving back out to Lancaster to purchase a pantry! Thank you for a wonderful experience and can’t wait to visit again soon. Five stars! Take the ride and go shop there!

I went to Blue Rock Cabinets to check out cabinets and potentially place an order, but the customer service completely turned me off. From the start, it felt like we were interrupting their time rather than being helped as potential customers. There was a lot of uncertainty and very little effort to actually help move the process forward. They may offer decent cabinets and competitive pricing, but I won’t support a company that treats customers like an inconvenience. I would gladly spend $500 more elsewhere for better communication and customer service.

Todd at Blue Rock Cabinets is great to work with and the cabinets themselves are fairly easy to assemble-they are beautiful and solid-a good value when compared to others. We are not contractors and were able to build and install them ourselves. We have a beautiful new kitchen now and spent less than half of what we would have had we gone elsewhere.

Very nice cabinets and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Items are brand new. Didn't find what I needed because I was looking for more affordable cabinets but the prices for someone with a bigger budget would had been just right.

Phenomenal experience all the way around-our new kitchen is just perfect, cabinets were so easy to put together and what made the whole process even easier was the owner who offered personal assistance through the whole thing and when we lost a piece for install (our fault!!) he helped us get the pieces we needed so quickly. Very appreciative of this business and the owner’s help! Will be returning for any future cabinet needs!
