Bluewater Geothermal

My family has been waiting for months for Bluewater to install our system. They won't answer their phones or call us back. They will schedule days to come and work on our system, then repeatedly forget to inform us they cancelled the work. It is the middle of winter in Duluth, MN, and our home is freezing. We do not recommend this business.

Had a Navien unit put in and the technician failed to hook it up properly to propane. The door burst off and the warranty was voided as it was improperly installed. Could not reach anyone and had to purchase a brand new unit from someone else

We had them put in a Geo system last summer and couldn't be happier. After a full winter, the savings have been immense. Now that summer has hit, the cooling system is a huge bonus. Bluewater was very easy to work with and their communication with us throughout the process was great.

State of Minnesota revoked Bluewater's plumbing license December 4, 2014. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE - They worked hard to bring me on as a client. I gave them $20,000 deposit for plumbing, radiant floors, and Geothermal system in August of 2014, They were to complete their work in our new home in 6 months. Today, February 13, 2015, we have no heat, no plumbing, no Geothermal equipment from Water Furnace. They failed to show up, return calls, and complete the work. Inspect there offices before giving them a cent. I surprised them one day and was deceived again by their "salesmanship". Jon Rohweder, Tom Grover, and Ryan Spear cannot be trusted with your money.

They have never answered my calls, it goes to recording always. They rarely call back and if they do, they never have showed up when they say they would (or worse, not at all). This is a hard company to trust when BY THEIR ACTIONS they have treated me as a customer poorly. Go to Summit, I have never had a bad experience yet with them.
