Called up Blume and they had a tech out extremely quick. Chris did a great job and explained each step on what he was doing. Blume Mechanical is my new go to for AC needs.

As a Floridian, I called Blume to do proactive maintenance leading into the summer. I specifically chose them because I was looking for a local, family run business. I run my unit down to 67 nightly and wanted to avoid any issues in peak summer season. Not only did the servicemen come out a day earlier then expected (when only my wife was home and not myself), but the night they serviced my unit my AC ran significantly worse. It was unable to lower my home below 72. When I called back about the issue they refused to take any accountability or even have someone come out and look. What's worse, they used accusatory language towards me implying I was trying to scam them. The only positive thing is that they have verbally offered to refund me (which I'm still waiting on confirmation on), b
