Our entire finished basement sustained water damage and within 30 minutes of reaching out to the team, we had boots on the ground. Barry, Rick, and Craig had our entire basement emptied and dried in just a short few days and handled the initial conversations with our insurance company. We had our sewer drain back up and Mammoth was at our house the same day I called. They started the mitigation process right away and have done amazing work. We can not thank Matt, Ryan, and Aaron enough for everything they have done.

Overall, I was very pleased with Mammoth Restoration after encountering a bathroom sink fixture that broke and having water all over our bathroom and downstairs. Mammoth was highly recommended by my insurance company and I agree! I called them and then sent someone out within 2 hours of the call. Christian Reid, the technician, was very informative explaining what needed to be completed to dry out and prevent any mold. He worked quickly and came back throughout the process to check on the progress of the drying. He also was very courteous and answered all of the questions we had. Great work done.

During the pandemic we had suffered some major water damage from the second floor down to the first, spent a long time trying to find a contractor to come out and even provide an estimate, all were too busy. Wallace Jamison from Mammoth Restoration was able to schedule and get work started around my projects in the house. Very patient and responsive checking in and planning work around me. He kept me updated and answered any of my questions quickly. An enjoyable experience, not that dealing with water damage is a fun thing, but I would definitely recommend Mammoth Restoration for contracting work.
